AJ Fernandez Last Call Maduro Chiquitas
The Last Call · Small but Mighty
The Last Call Maduro Chiquitas originated from a personal habit of AJ Fernandez. After a long workday, AJ would often share a small-sized cigar with his team at the factory, marking it as the "Last Call" of the day. This compact yet potent Chiquitas was initially his private blend, but its outstanding flavor led to strong demands for a formal release, becoming the most popular small-sized version in the Last Call Maduro series.
It features a dark, oily Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, paired with all-Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. Upon lighting, it quickly reveals rich notes of cocoa and roasted coffee, followed by layers of dark chocolate, molasses sweetness, toasted nuts, leather, and earthy undertones, with a distinct finish provided by a slight black pepper tingle in the final third. Despite its small size, it possesses surprising strength and complexity, making it a truly "small but mighty" cigar.
Size: Chiquitas (4 × 44), a compact and potent Petit Robusto shape, offering a focused and stable burn (approx. 30-45 minutes). It's perfect for quickly enjoying the rich flavors of the Last Call Maduro, or as a perfect finish to the day.
