Casdagli Brothers of the Sabre Epicurist Petit Robusto
Casdagli Brothers of the Sabre Epicurist Petit Robusto
Founded by Jeremy Casdagli, Casdagli Cigars draws inspiration from historical and cultural narratives to create a series of high-end cigars with compelling stories. The Brothers of the Sabre series pays homage to the legendary generals of the Napoleonic Wars who were both brave warriors and avid tobacco enthusiasts. The Epicurist, in particular, is a tribute to the renowned French cavalry general, Antoine Charles Louis de Lasalle.
This Petit Robusto is meticulously blended by Hendrik Kelner Jr. at the Kelner Boutique Factory in the Dominican Republic, featuring an Ecuadorian Claro Colorado wrapper complemented by Dominican binder and filler. Compared to the Figurado version, the Petit Robusto uses higher priming tobacco leaves, delivering a richer and more robust flavor profile, making it an ideal size in the series for a shorter smoking experience.
The Epicurist Petit Robusto, with its exquisite balance and rich complexity, perfectly embodies the daring and elegance of a general, making it a special creation for Casdagli enthusiasts.

Middle Third: Flavors quickly blossom, with cream and roasted nuts becoming more prominent, as cedar and subtle sweetness naturally intertwine. The overall mouthfeel is rounded and rich, with excellent balance and a long, pleasant finish.
Last Third: The latter half maintains outstanding stability, with nutty and creamy aromas reaching their peak, while delicate oak and sweet spice provide an elegant conclusion. The smoke remains cool and smooth throughout, ending naturally with a refined and rich aftertaste.
