Cigars: Damaged or incorrect merchandise will be replaced, and PandaCigar will cover shipping costs. If there are any issues with your order, please contact PandaCigar immediately. If you do not notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, your order will be deemed accepted and held. If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigar purchased from PandaCigar.com , you may return it within 7 days of receipt. Upon return to PandaCigar , you will receive an in-store credit or a direct refund for the equivalent amount of cigars, less applicable shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Only merchandise in its original condition and intact original cellophane packaging will be accepted for return. Cigars that have been cut or smoked will not be accepted for return. Our team may request photos of the item in question. Proof of the problem must be emailed to our customer service department at info@pandacigar.com .
Non-Tobacco Products: If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product purchased from PandaCigar.com , you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full credit or refund. Damaged or defective products will be replaced. Please note that some lighters do not contain butane.
Free Promotional Products: Free products included with an order must be returned with the original product. Otherwise, the promotional product will be returned at the customer's expense. All defective free / promotional products must be returned at the customer's expense. Replacements will be issued upon return to PandaCigar.com .
Return Instructions: Please call our customer service department at +1-(314) 657-7935 or email info@pandacigar.com within 3 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number to expedite return processing. If your package arrives damaged or contains an inventory error, PandaCigar will pay for return shipping. RMA shipping costs may vary depending on the situation. Original shipping costs may be assessed. In some cases, free shipping offers will not be honored and will be included in the return.
All packages must be properly declared to comply with U.S. Customs regulations. All packages will be shipped as ordered. PandaCigar will not modify invoices or customs declaration forms. Your order will be shipped with the correct value and product description. Customers are responsible for complying with local and federal tobacco laws in their country. PandaCigar is not responsible for understanding tobacco regulations in your country. By placing an order with PandaCigar , customers agree to assume all associated risks.
PandaCigar is not responsible for packages that are detained by customs. If your customs agency detains the package, you may refuse to pay the taxes and fees. All returned / rejected orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the order value. The original postage for return orders will also be considered used and is non-refundable.
You can notify PandaCigar that a package is being returned to expedite processing. Refunds will only be issued after the package is returned and in our possession. You will be notified by email when the package is returned to PandaCigar . Your original order can be reshipped at your expense. In this case only, PandaCigar will waive the 10% restocking fee.
If you know the tracking number, you can enter it manually by visiting the USPS official website.
