My Father La Promesa (The Promise) is a technical benchmark for the Garcia family's deep fermentation process. In terms of blend scarcity, although it is a mass-produced line, its core strength lies in its extremely high control over raw leaves – 100% of the binder and core long-filler tobacco are high-grade raw leaves specifically grown by the Garcia family on their own farms in Nicaragua under a unique microclimate. To suppress the common harshness of pure Nicaraguan blends and enhance the oily texture of the flavor, this series is wrapped in an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro top-grade wrapper that has undergone deep fermentation and has extremely fine veins. The Robusto Grande size, with its large 54 ring gauge, not only gives the roller ample blending space (allowing for a higher proportion of Ligero tobacco to enhance richness) but also effectively increases oxygen intake and reduces burning temperature, making it a robust, large-sized masterpiece that fully embodies Pepin's traditional Cuban-style rolling construction.

The panel particularly praised its excellent construction and stable burn line, noting that it exhibited distinct notes of charred oak, leather, and subtle almond and anise during the smoking experience, with extremely stable physical performance.

Cold Draw & First Third: After cutting the cap, the cold draw clearly reveals aromas of hay, cocoa, and cinnamon, with a perfect draw resistance, slightly more than half a notch.
