Founded by Andre Farkas, Viaje is known for its small-batch, limited releases. The brand never takes the conventional route; each product carries a distinct theme and story. The FURIOSA series is inspired by Imperator Furiosa, a character from "Mad Max: Fury Road"—a warrior who perseveres in the wasteland, refusing to compromise.

FURIOSA first appeared in 2016 as part of the White Label Project, then went quiet for nearly eight years. It made its official return in 2024, breaking away from the White Label system and featuring independent packaging. Fury is the first size in its return, using Nicaraguan Aganorsa farm tobacco, with a Corojo ’99 wrapper at its core, making it a Nicaraguan puro rolled at the Aganorsa Leaf factory.

The Viaje FURIOSA Fury Robusto opens with notes of earth and pepper, gradually transitioning into a blend of espresso, charcoal-grilled oak, and dark chocolate. The flavors deepen with combustion, while strength and complexity increase in tandem, offering a Nicaraguan expression with a wasteland character.

Flavor Profile

First Third: Cold draw reveals notes of earth and a hint of pepper. Upon lighting, full-bodied smoke emerges, with black pepper and earth leading, accompanied by a warm woodiness. A direct and powerful opening.

Middle Third: Flavors gradually unfold. Espresso becomes more prominent, with charcoal-grilled oak and dark chocolate subtly following. Hints of leather and a nuanced nuttiness can also be detected. The mouthfeel is rich, the smoke is abundant, and the overall experience is robust and layered.

Final Third: The latter half maintains excellent consistency. The presence of pepper and earth intensifies, with a long finish of coffee and wood. Overall, it's an intense and full-bodied smoking experience.
